    We are afraid to inform you that we are unable to grant early check-in before 2:00 p.m.

    If you arrive at the hotel earlier than 2:00 p.m., we are pleased to keep your luggage at the Front Reception free of charge.

    If guaranteed early check-in is necessary, depending on the availability, the previous night must be booked. We will hold a room with an additional one-night charge.

    A one night charge will be required. Please contact us if this arrangement is needed.

    Can you offer triple occupancy rooms?

    An extra bed will be provided in the “Scenic Twin Rooms”to accommodate triple occupancy requests for an extra charge of JPY4,000.

    Please be advised that we have a limited number of extra beds. The size is 90cm (width) × 190cm (length).

    However this request is based on the availability and cannot be guaranteed. Due to the limited number of extra beds, we may not be able to arrange your request.

    Do you have connecting rooms?

    We have very limited numbers of connecting rooms.
    Those are only available for one specific room category ” Scenic Twin Room”.
    Please request at the time of booking.

    However this request is based on the availability and cannot be guaranteed. Due to the limited number of rooms, we may not be able to arrange your request.

    I need an extra bed for my child.

    The maximum number of extra beds that can be added to a room is one. Please note that one extra bed may not be added depending on the room type you have reserved.

    An extra bed will provided in the “Scenic Twin Rooms”.
    If you need an extra bed for one child, an additional cost of JPY 4,000 per night will be charged.

    However this request is based on the availability and cannot be guaranteed. Due to the limited number of extra beds, we may not be able to arrange your request.

    Please note that even if you made a reservation for the package including breakfast, Breakfast for children not included. Breakfast for children will be charged on-site as follows.

    • 0-5 years old: Free of Charge
    • 6-12 years old:
      Until June 30th, 2024 : JPY 1,600 (per person / per day)
      From July 1st,2024: JPY 1,800 (per person / per day)*You may also pay at the restaurant or charge to room for children over the age of 6 years old.
    Can I send my luggage or online orders before check-in?

    Please send your luggage to the following address after your reservation has been confirmed. Please ensure your reservation name and the day of arrival are indicated clearly by writing on a delivery slip.

    Your reservation name and Check- IN dates are very important for our confirm.
    If we cannot find your reservation, we will send back it to the sender.

    Please be advised that we are unable to accept COD (Cash on Delivery, Collect on Delivery). Please be reminded that we cannot keep cash, valuables, fragile goods, and goods that need temperature-control.

    Can you keep my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

    Yes, we will keep your luggage. Please ask at the Front Reception on the 20th floor upon your arrival or departure.

    How do I get from airport to your hotel? or Do you have a shuttle service from the airport?

    We have no free shuttle service from the Airport.

    We encourage you to use public transportation (Airport Limousine bus or Train) and there is also a Limousine bus that arrives on the ground floor of the hotel.
    Please check the access page.

    If your arrival time does not match the time of the direct bus to our hotel, you can also get off at the Shinjuku Express Bus Terminal (Basta Shinjuku).
    For the timetable from Narita Airport or Haneda Airport to Shinjuku Express Bus Terminal, please check the official airport limousine bus website.

     

    There is no airport limousine bus to the hotel or Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal (Busta Shinjuku) , what should I do?

    You can get off the Airport Limousine Bus at Shinjuku Station West Exit and it is 5 minutes’ walk to the hotel.

    Does the hotel have concierge service? I would like to make a reservation at a local restaurant and could you assist me?

    We are sorry to announce that our CONCIERGE Service will be terminated in  2022 due to repeated problems.

    After the termination, please be advised that we are unable to accept the following requests.

    ●Transportation Arrangement (e.g., Limousine, Van, Taxi and Airport Limousine bus) From/ To the Hotel

    ●Ticket Arrangement (e.g., Theme Parks, Transportation)

    ●Local and off-hotel restaurant arrangements (e.g., Advance reservations)

    How do I get to Tokyo Disney Resort®(Tokyo Disneyland® or Disneysea®)? / How can I purchase bus ticket?

    Direct bus to Tokyo Disney Resort is available from Busta Shinjuku (Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal), which is few minutes’ walk from the hotel.

     

    Advance Purchase ticket is not available at the hotel.
    Please buy ticket through Automatic Ticket Vending Machine or the service counter at Busta Shinjuku directly. Also, advanced reservation is available through Online.

  • What are the accommodation rates for children? / What is your child policy?

    There is no extra charge for children under 12 years old when sharing a room with adults and using an existing bed.

    However Children sleeping alone in one bed or children who are 12 years or older will be charged the same as Adults.

    Please note that  Breakfast is NOT included for children sharing a bed when booking a breakfast package.

    Breakfast for children (6-12 years old, until June 30,2024 :1,600 yen / From July 1st ,2024: 1,800 yen   per person / per day) will be charged on-site.

    Do you have a baby crib?

    A baby crib maybe provided when requested by guests at NO extra charge.
    It is available for children under 1 year old (less than 11 month) for safety reasons.

    Please be advised that we are not able to accommodate baby cribs for children over 1 year old, and have a limited number of baby cribs.

    Is it possible to request room adjacent to each other?

    We will try our best to accommodate your request.
    However, please be advised that we may not be able to accept your request due to room types and availability.

    How many people can stay in one room?

    Depending on the room type and size;

    • Comfort Single Rooms accommodate 1 adults.
    • Comfort Double Rooms accommodate 2 adults.
    • Southern Tower and Panoramic Twin or King Rooms accommodate 2 adults (bed sharing with one child / co-sleeping )
    • Scenic King Rooms accommodate 2 adults (Bed sharing with one child / co-sleeping)
    • Scenic Twin Rooms can accommodate up to 3 adults with extra bed.
    We would like to stay in this hotel as 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 7 years old). Which room type would be preferable?

    There is no extra charge for children under 12 years old when sharing a room with adults and using an existing bed.

    However,  if your 11 years child needs a bed, we recommend to book the Scenic Twin Room that can accommodate an extra bed with an extra charge JPY 4,000 per night.

     

    Breakfast for Children Sleeping with Parents
    Even if you make a reservation for the package including breakfast, Breakfast for children is not included. Please note that breakfast for children will be charged on-site as follow ;

    0-5 years old: Free of charge
    6-12 years old:  Until June 30th, 2024 JPY 1,600 (per day) / From July 1st,2024 JPY 1,800 (per day)

    What is the ACCESSIBLE ROOM?

    An accessible room is a room that is easy for disabled people to enter and leave.
    The room features a generous 31㎡ of living space, has two single beds, each spanning 110cm across. A wheel chair can be in between the beds, which enables transferring and positioning easily.

    The hallway and room floors are wheelchair-accessible as both are flat without any level difference. The wash-basin is designed with sufficient footing space for wheelchairs. A bath chair in the bath room maybe provided when requested by guests at no extra charge.

    Please be advised that there is only one Accessible Room available, and Reservations will be accepted via phone.

    Is there a waiting list in case the hotel is fully booked?

    We do not have a waiting list.

    How do I cancel my reservation if I book directly with the hotel?

    Kindly refer to the confirmation email that you receive from Hotel Century Southern Tower on how to cancel your reservation as the cancellation policy may apply to the rate or offer that was booked.

     

    However, please note that if your reservation is made via other channels (online or real travel agent), please contact your agent directly.

     

     

    What is your cancellation policy?

    The following cancellation fees apply in accordance to our hotel policy:
    (1)No penalty for a cancellation received up to 2 days prior to arrival
    (2)20% penalty on the first night stay for a cancellation received 1day prior to arrival
    (3)80% penalty on the first night stay for a cancellation received on the day of arrival
    (4)100% penalty for no shows

    Please note that cancellation policies vary depending on the package.

     

     

    Does the hotel have concierge service? E.g that can help with restaurant reservations ahead of time?

    Do the windows in the guest rooms open?

    Windows in all 375 guests’ rooms cannot be open due to safety reasons.

    Do you have non-smoking rooms?

    All of our rooms, restaurant and lounge are non-smoking.
    A smoking area is available on the 21st floor.
    Use of the smoking area is limited to staying guests, using restaurants, lounge and banquet rooms guests at the hotel.

  • What time is Check-IN / Check-OUT?
    • Check-in Time is at 2:00 p.m.
    • Check-out Time is at 11:00 a.m.

    Is it possible to Check-out late?

    Late check out is subject to availability on the day of departure. In the event you are able to extend check-out time, an extra charge will be applied based on the length of your extension. Please contact at the Front Reception for further information. The rates vary according to the room types.

    Check out 11:00 a.m.
    Until 3:00 p.m. – 30% of our Hotel’s regular rate (not the rate you paid per night for your stay).
    Until 6:00 p.m. – 50% of our Hotel’s regular rate.
    After 6:00 p.m. – 100% of our Hotel’s regular rate.

    What type of ID do you require at Check in?

    We require a passport at the time of check in.
    It is mandatory under Japanese law. Under the relevant laws and regulations, the Japanese Government requires “foreign nationals who do not possess an address in Japan” to provide their nationality and passport number in addition to their name, address, other personal details, and also to produce and allow a copy of their passport to be made upon checking-in at lodgings.

    Can I check my luggage before Check-in time or after Check-out?

    We will keep your luggage at the Front Reception on the 20th floor upon your arrival or departure.

     

    **Before check-in**.
    We can keep your luggages after confirming your booking.
    If we cannot confirm your booking, we will not be able to keep your luggages.

     

    **After check-out**.
    We wcan keep your luggage only on the day of check-out.
    However, if you plan to stay again in a few days, we can keep your luggage until your next check-in.

    Do you offer luggage assistance?

    Our Front Reception staff would be happy to hold your luggage while you wait for your room or until your check in.

    However, we have no bell service so please taking your bags to your room by yourself on arrival or departure.

    Is it possible to send my luggage prior to my arrival?

    Rooms will be assigned upon your arrival.
    Therefore, we are unable to arrange specific numbers in prior to your arrival.

    Are there any additional charges such as tax?

    An accommodation tax is imposed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to enhance the attractiveness of Tokyo as a global city, and to fund measures to stimulate tourism.

    • JPY 100 per person per night for room charge above JPY10,000
    • JPY 200 per person per night for room charge above JPY15,000

    Please note that the tax maybe required at check in or check out, even if you’re “Advance Paid” reservations.

    What is your payment policy? Are there any deposit required upon checking in?

    If you opt for payment on-site, payment will be accepted in ‘cash’ or by ‘credit card’ upon your check-in.

     

    What can I use to accept credit cards?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UC, DC, JCB, Diners Club and UnionPay.

    Does your hotel have a TA-Q-BIN service? Can I send my luggage to another hotel?

    Yes, courier / TA-Q-BIN  service is available at our Front Reception Desk.

    Do I need confirmation number / confirmation letter to Check-in?

    As long as registered name of your reservation and your passport name is same, no confirmation number or  confirmation letter is needed.
    Please be advised that all the guests from overseas are required to show your passport upon Checking-in.

  • What Credit cards are accepted?

    All major credit cards are accepted, such as JCB, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Union Pay.

    Do you offer high-speed Internet access?

    We provide complimentary WI-FI in all 375 guests’ rooms, meeting rooms, and public areas throughout the hotel.

    Do you have a fitness facility?

    We do not have an on-site fitness facility; however, Guests have access to our partner fitness facility “Jexer Fitness & Spa Shinjuku” during your stay with charge, which is conveniently located across the street from the hotel.

    The facility consists of an indoor 25-meter swimming pool, Gym Machines area, Spa, and Studio. Please see the page https://www.jexer.jp/fitness/shinjuku/facility/ for further details.

    If you would like to use the facility, Gym pass is available for registered hotel guests JPY3,500 per use (a time limit of 3 hours per use).

    If you need to buy the pass, please ask our Front Reception.

    Same day options are available when Housekeeping receives laundry items before 10:00 a.m., and it will return by 6:30 p.m.

    Is there a laundromat / Coin Laundry near the hotel?

    Please ask our front reception staff if you would like to go, or please check the laundromat nearby the hotel as follows.

    Does your hotel offer Currency Exchange?

    There is a currency exchange machine in the lobby on the 20th floor, available for 24 hours. You can exchange foreign currency bills into Japanese yen.
    Please note that it is enable to transact from Japanese yen to the foreign currency. Also, credit card cash withdrawal is not available.

    In respect of your privacy, we have dispensed with our Porter Service.
    Self-service luggage carts are now provided for your convenience instead.

    Do you offer Room Service?

    We do not offer Room Service. Please enjoy your meal at Southern Tower Dining.

    Do you have a Business Center?

    We do not have an on-site business center; however, there is Kinko’s on Demand Solutions, which is located on the third floor of the building. It is available 24-hours daily.
    The hotel is located above 3rd floor of the building.

    Do you have a Drug Store?

    We do not have an on-site Drug Store.

    We are also afraid that we cannot offer you medicine because we are not authorized to dispense medication of all kind prescription and non-prescription (OTC) by law.

    Please feel free to ask our front reception staff about drug stores nearby.

    Do you allow pets on property?

    We do not allow pets in the hotels with the exception of guide dogs.

    Do you offer Wheelchair Rental Service?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer Wheelchairs for rent.

     

    Do you have a parking lot on-site?

    Our building ODAKYU Southern Tower offers on-site self-parking available for 73 cars. Parking fee is not included in the hotel room rate.
    Please note that Parking reservation is unacceptable. It is available upon first-come, first-served basis.

    The parking lot is an affiliated parking lot and is not the hotel’s exclusive parking lot.
    We recommend that you come to the hotel by public transportation as much as possible due to the limited number of parking spaces available.

    Unfortunately, we do not sell tickets. Please purchase from website by yourself.

  • Can I bring personal food and drinks in your restaurant?

    Outside food and drinks for personal consumption are not permitted even if you order food and drinks in our Restaurants, Lounge, Banquet and Meeting Rooms.

    Personal consumption is not permitted unless needed for dietary or medical purposes. If you have special circumstances, please contact each of our restaurants prior to your arrival.

    Are there any special services for food allergy sufferers or those on carefully maintained diets?

  • Do you offer shuttle service to and from Haneda and Narita Airport?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer shuttle service.
    However, there is Airport Limousine Bus service available To / From Haneda and Narita Airports. Drop off on the ground floor of the hotel.

    I will rent a car during my stay. Do you have parking a lot in your hotel?

    Our building ODAKYU Southern Tower offers a on-site self-parking(TIMES Odakyu Southern Tower) available for 73 cars. Parking fee is not included in the hotel room rate.
    The parking lot is an affiliated parking lot and is not the hotel’s exclusive parking lot.
    We recommend that you come to the hotel by public transportation as much as possible due to the limited number of parking spaces available (73 spaces).

    • I want to check-in early

      We are afraid to inform you that we are unable to grant early check-in before 2:00 p.m.

      If you arrive at the hotel earlier than 2:00 p.m., we are pleased to keep your luggage at the Front Reception free of charge.

      If guaranteed early check-in is necessary, depending on the availability, the previous night must be booked. We will hold a room with an additional one-night charge.

      A one night charge will be required. Please contact us if this arrangement is needed.

    • Can you offer triple occupancy rooms?

      An extra bed will be provided in the “Scenic Twin Rooms”to accommodate triple occupancy requests for an extra charge of JPY4,000.

      Please be advised that we have a limited number of extra beds. The size is 90cm (width) × 190cm (length).

      However this request is based on the availability and cannot be guaranteed. Due to the limited number of extra beds, we may not be able to arrange your request.

    • I need an extra bed for my child.

      The maximum number of extra beds that can be added to a room is one. Please note that one extra bed may not be added depending on the room type you have reserved.

      An extra bed will provided in the “Scenic Twin Rooms”.
      If you need an extra bed for one child, an additional cost of JPY 4,000 per night will be charged.

      However this request is based on the availability and cannot be guaranteed. Due to the limited number of extra beds, we may not be able to arrange your request.

      Please note that even if you made a reservation for the package including breakfast, Breakfast for children not included. Breakfast for children will be charged on-site as follows.

    • Can I send my luggage or online orders before check-in?

    • Can you keep my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

      Yes, we will keep your luggage. Please ask at the Front Reception on the 20th floor upon your arrival or departure.

    • How do I get from airport to your hotel? or Do you have a shuttle service from the airport?

      We have no free shuttle service from the Airport.

      We encourage you to use public transportation (Airport Limousine bus or Train) and there is also a Limousine bus that arrives on the ground floor of the hotel.
      Please check the access page.

      If your arrival time does not match the time of the direct bus to our hotel, you can also get off at the Shinjuku Express Bus Terminal (Basta Shinjuku).
      For the timetable from Narita Airport or Haneda Airport to Shinjuku Express Bus Terminal, please check the official airport limousine bus website.

       

    • There is no airport limousine bus to the hotel or Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal (Busta Shinjuku) , what should I do?

      You can get off the Airport Limousine Bus at Shinjuku Station West Exit and it is 5 minutes’ walk to the hotel.

    • Does the hotel have concierge service? I would like to make a reservation at a local restaurant and could you assist me?

      We are sorry to announce that our CONCIERGE Service will be terminated in  2022 due to repeated problems.

      After the termination, please be advised that we are unable to accept the following requests.

      Direct bus to Tokyo Disney Resort is available from Busta Shinjuku (Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal), which is few minutes’ walk from the hotel.

       

      Advance Purchase ticket is not available at the hotel.
      Please buy ticket through Automatic Ticket Vending Machine or the service counter at Busta Shinjuku directly. Also, advanced reservation is available through Online.

    • What are the accommodation rates for children? / What is your child policy?

      There is no extra charge for children under 12 years old when sharing a room with adults and using an existing bed.

      However Children sleeping alone in one bed or children who are 12 years or older will be charged the same as Adults.

      Please note that  Breakfast is NOT included for children sharing a bed when booking a breakfast package.

      Breakfast for children (6-12 years old, until June 30,2024 :1,600 yen / From July 1st ,2024: 1,800 yen   per person / per day) will be charged on-site.

    • Do you have a baby crib?

      A baby crib maybe provided when requested by guests at NO extra charge.
      It is available for children under 1 year old (less than 11 month) for safety reasons.

      Please be advised that we are not able to accommodate baby cribs for children over 1 year old, and have a limited number of baby cribs.

    • Is it possible to request room adjacent to each other?

      We will try our best to accommodate your request.
      However, please be advised that we may not be able to accept your request due to room types and availability.

      • Scenic King Rooms accommodate 2 adults (Bed sharing with one child / co-sleeping)

    • We would like to stay in this hotel as 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 7 years old). Which room type would be preferable?

      There is no extra charge for children under 12 years old when sharing a room with adults and using an existing bed.

      However,  if your 11 years child needs a bed, we recommend to book the Scenic Twin Room that can accommodate an extra bed with an extra charge JPY 4,000 per night.

    • What is the ACCESSIBLE ROOM?

      An accessible room is a room that is easy for disabled people to enter and leave.
      The room features a generous 31㎡ of living space, has two single beds, each spanning 110cm across. A wheel chair can be in between the beds, which enables transferring and positioning easily.

      The hallway and room floors are wheelchair-accessible as both are flat without any level difference. The wash-basin is designed with sufficient footing space for wheelchairs. A bath chair in the bath room maybe provided when requested by guests at no extra charge.

      Please be advised that there is only one Accessible Room available, and Reservations will be accepted via phone.

      We do not have a waiting list.

    • How do I cancel my reservation if I book directly with the hotel?

      Kindly refer to the confirmation email that you receive from Hotel Century Southern Tower on how to cancel your reservation as the cancellation policy may apply to the rate or offer that was booked.

       

      However, please note that if your reservation is made via other channels (online or real travel agent), please contact your agent directly.

       

       

    • What is your cancellation policy?

      The following cancellation fees apply in accordance to our hotel policy:
      (1)No penalty for a cancellation received up to 2 days prior to arrival
      (2)20% penalty on the first night stay for a cancellation received 1day prior to arrival
      (3)80% penalty on the first night stay for a cancellation received on the day of arrival
      (4)100% penalty for no shows

      Windows in all 375 guests’ rooms cannot be open due to safety reasons.

      All of our rooms, restaurant and lounge are non-smoking.
      A smoking area is available on the 21st floor.
      Use of the smoking area is limited to staying guests, using restaurants, lounge and banquet rooms guests at the hotel.

      Until 3:00 p.m. – 30% of our Hotel’s regular rate (not the rate you paid per night for your stay).

      After 6:00 p.m. – 100% of our Hotel’s regular rate.

    • What type of ID do you require at Check in?

      We require a passport at the time of check in.
      It is mandatory under Japanese law. Under the relevant laws and regulations, the Japanese Government requires “foreign nationals who do not possess an address in Japan” to provide their nationality and passport number in addition to their name, address, other personal details, and also to produce and allow a copy of their passport to be made upon checking-in at lodgings.

    • Can I check my luggage before Check-in time or after Check-out?

      We will keep your luggage at the Front Reception on the 20th floor upon your arrival or departure.

      We can keep your luggages after confirming your booking.
      If we cannot confirm your booking, we will not be able to keep your luggages.

    • Do you offer luggage assistance?

      As long as registered name of your reservation and your passport name is same, no confirmation number or  confirmation letter is needed.

      We do not have an on-site business center; however, there is Kinko’s on Demand Solutions, which is located on the third floor of the building. It is available 24-hours daily.
      The hotel is located above 3rd floor of the building.

    • Do you have a Drug Store?

      We do not have an on-site Drug Store.

      We are also afraid that we cannot offer you medicine because we are not authorized to dispense medication of all kind prescription and non-prescription (OTC) by law.

      Please feel free to ask our front reception staff about drug stores nearby.

    • Do you allow pets on property?

      We do not allow pets in the hotels with the exception of guide dogs.

    • Do you offer Wheelchair Rental Service?

      Unfortunately, we do not offer Wheelchairs for rent.

       

    • Do you have a parking lot on-site?

      Our building ODAKYU Southern Tower offers on-site self-parking available for 73 cars. Parking fee is not included in the hotel room rate.
      Please note that Parking reservation is unacceptable. It is available upon first-come, first-served basis.

      The parking lot is an affiliated parking lot and is not the hotel’s exclusive parking lot.
      We recommend that you come to the hotel by public transportation as much as possible due to the limited number of parking spaces available.
