  • What is your Check-in / Check-out Time?

    Check-in Time is at 2:00 p.m. Check-out Time is at 11:00 a.m.

    Is it possible to Check-in before 2:00 p.m.?

    If you arrive at the hotel earlier than 2:00 p.m., we are pleased to keep your luggage at the Front Reception free of charge.
    If guaranteed early check-in is necessary, depending on the availability, the previous night must be booked. We will hold a room with an additional one-night charge. A one night charge will be required. Please contact us if this arrangement is needed.

    Is it possible to Check-out late?

    Late check out is subject to availability on the day of departure. In the event you are able to extend check-out time, an extra charge will be applied based on the length of your extension. Please contact at the Front Reception for further information. The rates vary according to the room types.

    Until 3:00 p.m. – 30% of our Hotel’s regular rate (not the rate you paid per night for your stay).
    Until 6:00 p.m. – 50% of our Hotel’s regular rate.
    After 6:00 p.m. – 100% of our Hotel’s regular rate.

    Can I check my luggage before Check-in time or after Check-out?

    We will keep your luggage. Please ask at the Front Reception.

    Is it possible to send my luggage prior to my arrival?

    Please send your luggage to the following address after your reservation has been confirmed. Please ensure your reservation name and the day of arrival are indicated clearly by writing on a delivery slip.

    Please be advised that we are unable to accept COD (Cash on Delivery, Collect on Delivery). Please be reminded that we cannot keep cash, valuables, fragile goods, and goods that need temperature-control.

    What type of ID do you require at Check in?

    We require a passport at the time of check in.
    It is mandatory under Japanese law. Under the relevant laws and regulations, the Japanese Government requires “foreign nationals who do not possess an address in Japan” to provide their nationality and passport number in addition to their name, address, other personal details, and also to produce and allow a copy of their passport to be made upon checking-in at lodgings.

    What is your child policy?

    There is no extra charge for children under 12 years old when sharing a room with adults and using an existing bed. A baby crib maybe provided when requested by guests at no extra charge. It is available for children under 1 year old. Please be advised that we are not able to accommodate baby cribs for children over 1 year old for safety reasons, and have a limited number of baby cribs.

    Is it possible to request room adjacent to each other?

    We will try our best to accommodate your request. However, please be advised that we may not be able to accept your request due to room types and availability.

    Do you have connecting rooms?

    We have very limited numbers of connecting rooms. Those are only available for one specific room category. Please request at the time of booking. This request is based on the availability and cannot be guaranteed. Due to the limited number of rooms, we may not be able to arrange your request.

    Do you have triple occupancy rooms?

    An extra bed will be provided in the Scenic Rooms to accommodate triple occupancy requests for a nominal extra charge. Please be advised that we have a limited number of extra beds.

    Is it possible to specify my room number before checking in?

    Rooms will be assigned upon your arrival. Therefore, we are unable to arrange specific numbers in prior to your arrival.

    Is there a waiting list in case the hotel is fully booked?

    We do not have a waiting list. Please contact our Room Reservation to check the availability constantly.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    The following cancellation fees apply in accordance to our hotel policy:
    (1)No penalty for a cancellation received up to 2 days prior to arrival
    (2)20% penalty on the first night stay for a cancellation received 1day prior to arrival
    (3)80% penalty on the first night stay for a cancellation received on the day of arrival
    (4)100% penalty for no shows

    Are there any additional charges such as tax?

    An accommodation tax is imposed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to enhance the attractiveness of Tokyo as a global city, and to fund measures to stimulate tourism.

    JPY 200 per person per night for room charge above JPY15,000

    What is your payment policy? Are there any deposit required upon checking in?

    We pre-authorize your credit card upon checking-in and charge your accommodation fee upon checking-out. Please be advised that we still need to pre-authorize your credit card upon checking-in in the case of “Advance Paid” reservations that are charged at the time of the booking for 100% of the duration of stay. This is required of all guests in the event incidental charges are incurred during your stay. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

    Do the windows in the guest rooms open?

    Windows in all 375 guests’ rooms cannot be open due to safety reasons.

  • Can I bring personal food and drinks in the Restaurants?

    Outside food and drinks for personal consumption are not permitted even if you order food and drinks in our Restaurants, Lounge and Party Rooms.
    Personal consumption is not permitted unless needed for dietary or medical purposes. If you have special circumstances, please contact each of our restaurants prior to your arrival.

    Are there any special services for food allergy sufferers or those on carefully maintained diets?

  • What Credit cards are accepted?

    All major credit cards are accepted, such as JCB, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Union Pay.

    Do you offer high-speed Internet access?

    We provide complimentary WI-FI in all 375 guests’ rooms, meeting rooms, and public areas throughout the hotel.

    Do you have a fitness facility?

    We do not have an on-site fitness facility; however, Guests have access to our partner fitness facility “Jexer Fitness & Spa Shinjuku” during your stay with your complimentary gym pass, which is conveniently located across the street from the hotel.

    Do you have a spa or a sauna?

    We do not have an on-site spa and sauna facilities. You might be interested in our partner fitness facility “Jexer Fitness & Spa Shinjuku”, which is conveniently located across the street from the hotel.

    Do you have an on-site laundromat?

    We do not have an on-site laundromat; however, we have laundry and dry cleaning service. Same day options are available when Housekeeping receives laundry items before 10:00 a.m., and it will return by 6:30 p.m.

    Does your hotel offer Currency Exchange?

    Currency Exchange Service is available at the Front Reception on the 20th floor.

    Does your hotel offer Porter / Bell Service?

    In respect of your privacy, we have dispensed with our Porter Service. Self-service luggage carts are now provided for your convenience instead.

    Do you offer Room Service?

    In respect of your privacy, we have dispensed with Room Service. Vending machines on each floor, with a compact refrigerator in each room so that you can stock it with items of your choosing.

    Do you have a Business Center?

    We do not have an on-site business center; however, there is Kinko’s on Demand Solutions, which is located on the third floor of the building. It is available 24-hours daily. The hotel is located above 19th floor of the building.

    Do you have a Drug Store?

    We do not have an on-site Drug Store. We are also afraid that we cannot offer you medicine because we are not authorized to dispense medication of all kind prescription and non-prescription (OTC) by law. Please feel free to ask Concierge about drug stores nearby.

    Do you allow pets on property?

    Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

    Do you offer shuttle service to and from Haneda and Narita Airport?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer shuttle service. However, there is Airport Limousine Bus service available to / from Haneda and Narita Airports. Drop off on the ground floor of the hotel.
