FOR GUEST WITH FOOD ALLERGY and DIETARY POLICY
Basic Policies of the Hotel
To ensure that all guests can enjoy their dining experience safely and with peace of mind, our hotel makes every effort to accommodate allergies to the 9 Specified Raw Allergens: shrimp, cashews, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat, eggs, milk, and peanuts.
However, please be aware that all meals for the “Southern Tower Dining,” “Lounge South Court,” and our “Banquet Rooms” are prepared in a single, shared kitchen. Therefore, we cannot guarantee dishes that are 100% completely allergen-free.
Key Guidelines:
- Scope of Accommodation: We generally only accommodate dietary adjustments for the 9 Specified Allergens listed above.
- Advanced Notice Required: Dietary requests must be made at least 5 days prior to your arrival. To ensure guest safety, we absolutely cannot accommodate same-day allergy requests.
- Cross-Contamination Risk: Dishes are prepared in a common kitchen using shared utensils. Because of this, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to the risk of trace cross-contamination.
- Information Sources: Our allergen information is based strictly on product labels and specifications provided by our suppliers and manufacturers.
- Right to Decline Service: For the safety of our guests, we reserve the right to decline meal service to individuals with severe medical conditions or hyper-sensitivities where safe food preparation cannot be guaranteed.
Bringing Outside Food:
In cases where we cannot safely provide a meal, guests are welcome to bring their own commercially sealed, pressure-cooked, ready-to-eat pouch foods (retort pouches). For food safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot allow the consumption of self-prepared, home-cooked meals on the premises.
When planning your visit, please assess your health condition and consult with your primary care physician. For any inquiries or further consultation, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance.

At the Southern Tower Dining breakfast buffet and the 21st-Floor Banquet Room Buffet, we utilize “ingredient pictograms” to clearly identify specific dietary items.
The displayed pictograms cover the 9 specified allergenic ingredients, as well as 3 common ingredients restricted by religious or lifestyle dietary practices: pork, beef, and alcohol.
Pictogram Labeling Details:

- 3 Special Dietary Items: Beef, Pork, Alcohol.
Important Notes for Buffet Dining:
- Supplier Information: Displayed allergen information is based on specifications provided by our manufacturers. However, some manufacturers—as well as our own hotel kitchens—process products using shared equipment. We cannot completely prevent airborne or trace contamination.
- Shared Utensils: Tongs, serving spoons, and tableware at the buffets are shared among multiple dishes that may contain allergens.
- Alcoholic Beverages: Please consult our service staff directly for detailed information regarding alcoholic beverages.
With a full understanding of the details above, we kindly ask that you assess your own health, consult your primary care physician, and make your final decision regarding dining with us.
We highly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
