Notice of Temporary Suspension of Business to facilitate Renovation【as of Dec. 16, 2025】
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of the Hotel Century Southern Tower.
To commemorate our 30th Anniversary in 2028, we will be undertaking a transformative renovation of our guest rooms and hotel facilities.
To facilitate this exciting project, we will be implementing a temporary, phased suspension of operations as detailed below:

| Banquet and Meeting (21F) | Until Wednesday, March 31, 2027 |
*Kindly note that Yurakucho Kakida (19F) will remain open throughout the entire renovation period.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause to your travel plans.

【Planned Reopening Schedule】
The Grand Opening of the newly renovated Hotel Century Southern Tower, which will include guest rooms and banquet facilities, is scheduled for Spring 2028.
The Southern Tower Dining (20F) and Lounge South Court (20F) are scheduled to reopen in Autumn 2027, ahead of the full hotel’s reopening.
Further specifics regarding the start of reservations and specific reopening of our hotel will be announced sequentially on our official website.
We are committed to further enhancing the “simple, high-quality space” that you have enjoyed over the past 27 years.
