We are proud to announce that our anniversary is on April 11th, 2023!
It has been 25 years since the Hotel Century Southern Tower opened its doors in the heart of Shinjuku, the heart throb of Tokyo, and quite a memorably pleasant journey. We undoubtedly have many of you to thank for it.
To express our heartfelt gratitude, we are offering a special menu starting on April 1st.
To commemorate this special milestone, the Southern Tower Dining will be offering a very special 25th anniversary version of our popular “Dining Plan”, at dinner time! This plan is perfect for lively gatherings with free-flowing drinks for 90 minutes and platters of food for everyone to share.
The menu which is conceived to reflect 25 years of joyous passage of time and thought in mind, is meticulously crafted with a composite revival of some of our most popular yesteryears menu items to evoke a sense of nostalgia.

Southern No.25 JPY2,100 (center) : a very refreshing gin-based cocktail with a silver accent which is reminiscent of the custom of giving silver on the 25th wedding anniversaries

SKY LINE JPY1,400 (left) : a non-alcoholic mocktail which is inspired by the panoramic images of the Tokyo buildings fusing into the blue sky as seen from the Southern Tower

Introducing our special 25th Anniversary French Toast. This French Toast is made with bread meticulously handcrafted, right here in our kitchen, by our Chef Pâtissier and succulently rich tasting “Fuku-Fuku” Eggs from Aomori Prefecture’s rustic Yomogida Village that just melts in your mouth.
This special 25th Anniversary French Toast is harmonized with bittersweet caramel – befitting a more mature palate, fresh strawberry sauce and vanilla ice-cream.
